Payment — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Site analytics — anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) to understand how people find us. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

To make, engrave and ship your order, and to send you order updates.
To answer your questions when you contact us.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone, ever. This is a memorial for someone you loved — we treat your information with the same respect.

Data retention & your rights

We keep order records only as long as needed for warranty and accounting. You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — just email us.
